We are pleased to partner with FASTER Colorado, who trains school personnel to provide on-site armed response (when approved by their school district). Colorado Handgun Training will prepare you to be successful for the FASTER 1 class, learning proper gun handling skills and FASTER's range commands and expectations. 

FASTER Essentials is an 8 hour comprehensive look at the mental and physical skills students should have to be prepared to defend themselves and others if they choose. It will cover safety, mindset and scenario training both in the classroom and with live fire on the range. Students will learn shoot/no-shoot mental skills, proper fundamental gun handling including rock-solid safety expectations, clearing malfunctions and shooting from concealment from a holster. Students should possess a current Colorado Concealed Carry permit to attend.

Equipment requirements are: Semi-auto handgun and 3 magazines, a rigid (not collapsible) outside the waistband holster, a sturdy belt, eye protection, ELECTRONIC ear protection, and 300 rounds of target ammunition. An equipment check will be done by the instructor via email the week before class.
